Sean started in commercial real estate. Then he fell for the Okanagan way of life and moved into lifestyle real estate, the kind where the house is only part of the decision and the rest is the river, the trails, the commute, the school and the sunshine. He lives in Vernon full time.

Sean also brings a 40-year background in technology. That's why this site reads more like a data sheet than a brochure. Every number is dated and linked to its source, the calculators show their formulas, and when something couldn't be verified the page says so rather than guessing.

Why a Kamloops guide?

Kamloops is where a lot of Okanagan and Lower Mainland conversations end up. Buyers priced out of Kelowna ask about it. Families moving for RIH or TRU jobs ask about it.
