Who we are
This website, kamloopsrealestateforsale.ca, is published by Sean Phillips, REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Executives Realty (Vernon, BC). References to "we" mean Sean Phillips. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send through a form or by contacting us:
- Listing alerts form: name, email, optional phone, price range, property type, timeline and preferred neighbourhoods.
- Home value form: property address or area, property type, selling timeline, name, email, optional phone and optional notes.
- Relocation Playbook form: first name and email.
- Contact form: name, email, optional phone, your interest and your message.
The calculators and the quiz run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us or stored.
This site uses no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies and no third-party scripts.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to you, set up the listing alerts or price opinion you asked for, send the guide you requested, and follow up about real estate services. We don't sell or rent your personal information.
Consent
By submitting a form you consent to this use. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email or contacting us (details below). Commercial emails follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), which acts as our data processor and delivers submissions to our email. Formspree may store submissions on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where they may be subject to local laws. Email is handled by our email provider. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. If we refer you to a brokerage colleague, lender, inspector or lawyer, we'll only share your details with your permission.
Retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by BC real estate record-keeping rules, and then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls and reputable processors.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
